Darrin turns 33 this Sunday so we began birthday celebrations yesterday! We had a nice lunch with him at his work and then when he came home he was surprised by balloons, cards, a present, steaks for dinner and yummy cake!
Here we are just about to enjoy our yummy dinner, steaks, potato kabobs and broccoli.

He was very surprised as his birthday celebration was early but we are headed out of town for more celebrating and his birthday wouldn't have been complete without a small party! We are going to spend the weekend in San Diego. It will be a nice change of scenery and I'm sure we will all have fun! Have a nice weekend!

Love the cake. What a great idea! Also thought it was great that Kaylee took a picture of you both! I love that my kids can take pictures now. It is so nice to be in some of the pics!
