Week in review!

Here are the kids in there Sunday attire last Sunday. It was a little chilly so we bundled them up.

This is Kaylee's new dress that she picked out all by herself. It was her gift for being so brave and such a good girl while the dentist cleaned her teeth. She wants to wear it everyday!

One night last week Kaylee had a bright idea... to eat dinner on the patio at her pink table. So we did!

Benny enjoying his yummy jello for dessert.

Look at my blue tongue!
This past Saturday we took a trip to Ventura to celebrate our friend Elizabeth's 3rd birthday!
They rented a bounce house and a bubble machine which kept the kids occupied for about 4 hours while the adults talked! Kaylee is usually afraid of these things so it was nice that there was only 3 calm girls jumping. She totally had a blast in that thing.

Of coarse the Dad's had to get in on the fun too! Like the pink ball??!!!
Woo! Look at that air!
Kaylee's expression when watching the dad's go for it! Now see what Briana and Elizabeth thought...

... not so sure about it all!

The mom's join in on the fun too!

Just a sweet picture of my "not so baby anymore" boy at the party.

Another treat while we were there was to meet Emily April. She was born a little over a week ago to the Mukes and she was so itty bitty! My babies were never that little... really. I had 7 pounders and she is a 6 pounder and 1 lb makes a huge difference at that age. She was so sweet and we are so happy for the Mukes. She looks just like her mommy!

Here is the birthday girl and the new big sister! How fun to have a new baby around! We headed home after the party but after dinner on the road, potty stops, diaper changing stops and gas station stops we didn't get home until 10:30! Yikes. What ever happened to "Sunday morning begins Saturday night!"

We kept Kaylee with us during church today instead of putting her in Sunday school. She did a phenomenal job at sitting still and quiet through the entire service! That was so awesome and definitely worth a special treat so for a fun family outing we headed to the beach!

She was so excited!

We went to treasure island behind the Montage and it was so beautiful! (Pardon the trash can!)

Here is our first attempt at a family picture. You'll see more attempts later.

And another. (pardon the guy working out behind us... never fails to have these people in your pictures at the beach!)

The kiddo's sitting in front of a beautiful arch. There were so many photographers taking engagement pictures here.

Another attempt.

And our last attempt. We did do other things at the beach tonight like eat dinner, play in the sand and look around the rocks for animals! We were just trying to get a shot of all of us for Darrin's work. Why is it so hard to get a good picture when I'm not the one making faces and noises behind the camera? I guess strangers at the beach don't want to be so silly!

Thanks for viewing!

Sweet pictures! I love Kaylee's reaction to the dad's in the bounce house vs the other girls! I also got a laugh out of the man doing push ups behind your family photo! You got some great shots!
