Safford here we come!

We are so excited to head back to Safford for a Christmas celebration with Darrin's family. There probably won't be any pictures while we are away but we will be sure to post some from our fabulous trip when we get back!

On another note...

I'm recovering well (both physically and emotionally) from having my miscarriage. Thank you for your prayers for us through this. Occasionally I will have sad times but nothing like it was the first week.

Psalm 119:76 Let your steadfast love comfort me according to your promise to your servant.

Our faithful Lord has indeed been comforting us with His perfect love. This makes us rejoice in our Savior so much more this Christmas season.

Thank you Lord for coming to earth in the physical form of Jesus Christ, living a perfect and holy life without sin. You, our awesome Creator, have taken the punishment for our sin upon yourself by dying on the cross. You, our blessed Redeemer, have also had victory over the consequence of sin which is death by rising on the third day. Thanks be to our great God for His unfathomable love for His people!

Philippians 2:6-11 Who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing,taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and
