For all of you who don't know about this... I got the cooking bug and made tons of meals to freeze and cook at a later time. We have used a few meals and it is so nice to not have to worry about what the family will be eating while I'm off at work. It is also nice have some pre-made meals to use on days like today when I'm super tired. All in all I have over 20 meals frozen!
