Last weekend we headed up to Ventura to visit with the EAM family. Eric and Amy Mukes, Elizabeth Autum Mukes and still in the belly baby Emily April Mukes. We had a great time and wish that we lived closer!
Eric is a Ventura City Firefighter so we headed to the station and he put on a little demonstration for us. This is his uniform.
Here we are in a fire truck that goes out to brush fires all over. Elizabeth is in front and we all are behind.

Kaylee sure thought he looked interesting.
It's good for the kids to see him like this because should there ever be a fire and someone comes to rescue them in this attire, they will know not to be afraid of him.
