Stopping for a picture on the ladder
Hey who's that playing with me at the park! It's so much fun to have my brother join me on the play ground!
On her own initiative, Kaylee pursued and made friends with a girl at the park today! As many of you know, Kaylee is painfully "shy" especially when it comes to communicating with other kids whom she has never seen before. She spotted this girl on the play ground and told me she wanted her to play with her on the teeter totter. So I told Kaylee to go ask her to play. She did it! She walked up to her, then took a nervous look back at me, then turned around and said, "Wanna go wit me on that thing?" The little girl said yes and
badda bing badda boom, Kaylee made her first friend.
For those of you who had to see it to believe it here is an action shot of Kaylee talking with 5 year old Ruthie.
While Kaylee played with Ruthie, Benny lounged in the swing. Here he is getting ready for a nap. So relaxed!
